Booking direct4 questions
Why book direct instead of Airbnb or Vrbo?
Airbnb and Vrbo add a service fee to every booking. Booking on this site skips those platform fees, so the same home and the same dates cost you less. You also message Shane and Jonah directly.
Is it safe to book on this website?
Yes. Every reservation is processed through Hospitable, the secure booking platform behind our stays. You'll receive your confirmation, arrival guide and check-in details exactly as you would from any other platform.
Do you offer discounts?
Join our email list and take 10% off your next stay. The code is one-time use and can't be combined with other offers.
How quickly do you respond to messages?
Our average response time is under 30 minutes between 7am and 11pm ET, every day.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel 30 or more days before arrival for a full refund. Cancel 7 to 29 days before arrival for a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 7 days before arrival are non-refundable. All cancellations must be made in writing by email.
What are check-in and checkout times?
Check-in is after 4:00 PM and checkout is by 10:00 AM at both homes. Both homes have keyless self check-in.
Are pets allowed?
Yes. Honey Hollow welcomes up to 2 pets at $150 per pet, per stay. The Breezy Palm welcomes up to 2 dogs at $100 per dog, per stay. Please tell us about your pet after booking; approval isn't automatic.
Can we host a party or event?
No. Parties, events and social gatherings are not permitted at either home.
What do guests need to do after booking?
The primary guest completes a quick verification (a government-issued ID, a selfie for identity matching, and confirming contact details, address and date of birth) and signs our rental agreement through Hospitable.
Is smoking allowed?
No smoking or vaping is allowed at Honey Hollow. At The Breezy Palm, cigarette smoking is allowed outside only, and smoking any other substance is prohibited.

How far is Honey Hollow from the Massanutten slopes?
About four minutes by car. The home sits inside Massanutten Resort, minutes from the ski slopes, indoor and outdoor water parks, golf and mountain biking.
How many people does Honey Hollow sleep?
Up to 16 guests across 6 bedrooms and 9 beds, with 3 full bathrooms.
Does Honey Hollow have a hot tub and sauna?
Yes. There's a hot tub with an outdoor TV and a cedar barrel sauna on the deck, plus a fire pit garden and kids' playground.
Is there parking?
Yes. Private parking fits up to five mid-size SUVs or trucks, and Massanutten's overflow lot is nearby.
Are there stairs?
Yes. The home spans three floors connected by stairs with handrails.

How far is The Breezy Palm from IMG Academy?
About 7 minutes by car. Anna Maria Island's beaches are about 16 minutes away and Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport is about 20 minutes.
How many people does The Breezy Palm sleep?
Up to 12 guests across 4 bedrooms, with 3 full bathrooms. Everything is on a single level with no stairs.
Is the pool heated?
The pool can be heated or cooled for $35 per night with at least 2 days' notice, and must be heated or cooled for the full stay.
What makes the home good for athletes?
A full home gym with a treadmill, bike and 5 to 60 lb dumbbells, a sauna and cold plunge for recovery, and a sports court for pickleball and basketball.
Is there parking?
Yes. The private driveway fits up to 4 cars.
