About the home
The Breezy Palm is a one-of-a-kind, resort-style home on a completely private lot in the heart of Bradenton. Everything sits on a single level with no stairs anywhere, and it sleeps up to twelve: made for family vacations, team trips, celebrations or a long weekend in the sun.
A bright, open great room brings living and dining together, and the sunroom is made for morning coffee. The game room has billiards, ping pong, classic arcade games and two hand-painted murals by local Bradenton artists.
Outside is where it comes alive: a heated and coolable pool, a seven-person spa, a sports court for pickleball and basketball, a professionally designed putting green, bocce, snookball, an outdoor bar under the pergola and a fire pit with seating for the whole group. And it has something almost no rental has: a true full home gym with a sauna and cold plunge.

The Breezy PalmSeptember 2026
My friends and I had an amazing stay at this home. The gym was such a wonderful amenity to have just steps away and it had everything we could’ve wanted including amazing cold plunge and sauna. The backyard is the perfect relaxation and entertainment space. We are so sad to leave and will absolutely be coming back. Shane and Jonah were great hosts, extremely responsive. Highly recommend!
