Cancellation policy

Cancellations must be made in writing by email to hello@lodgework.com. The same policy applies to both homes.

Check-in & checkout

• Check-in is after 4:00 PM and checkout is by 10:00 AM.
• Self check-in with a smart lock. Your door code and arrival guide are sent before your stay.

Pets

• Up to 2 pets, $150 per pet, per stay, collected when you book.
• After booking, send us your pet's breed, size and personality. Booking does not guarantee approval.
• Pets must stay off all furniture, may not be left alone in the home and must be leashed outdoors.
• Please clean up after your pets, and keep them off the rubber mulch play area.

No parties or social gatherings

• Parties, events and social gatherings are not permitted.
• Only registered guests may stay overnight, up to the 16-guest maximum.

Smoking

• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.

Quiet hours & neighbors

• Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Please keep noise indoors during these hours.
• Our home is in a residential neighborhood and some of our neighbors are full-time residents.

Massanutten community rules

• The home is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA), and its rules apply to every guest.
• Parking: keep all tires off the road, don't block hydrants or neighbors' properties, and use only designated areas or the overflow lot at 4007 Peak Dr. No buses, campers or RVs without our written approval.
• Fire: this is a high wildfire-risk area. No open or unattended fires, and no fire pit use during quiet hours. Fire pits and grills may be restricted during local emergencies.
• Trash: never leave trash outside, including on decks or porches, because it attracts wildlife. Dumpsters are at 4007 Peak Dr.
• No open alcohol containers on roads or in common areas.

Guest verification

Before your reservation is confirmed, the primary guest completes a few quick steps:

• Upload a government-issued ID
• Take a selfie for identity matching
• Confirm contact details, address and date of birth
• Sign the rental agreement, sent through Hospitable after booking

Security cameras

• Two exterior Ring cameras, one at the front door and one above the back deck, monitor arrivals and our cleaning and maintenance teams.

Good to know

• The home spans three floors connected by stairs with handrails.
• The outdoor play structure is designed for children and should be used with adult supervision.
• The shared community pool is open seasonally, May to September, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

• We're happy to ship items you leave behind for a $25 service fee plus shipping.
